We are seeking a motivated and caring Student Support Assistant to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This is an ideal role for those looking to gain meaningful experience in education, particularly aspiring teachers, or individuals with backgrounds in mentoring, tutoring, childcare, or nursery settings. As a Student Support Assistant, your expertise will play a key role in enhancing children's learning and development.

• Student Support Assistant

• Primary Mainstream School, Swindon
• £80 - £95 per day
• Full-Time 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Clear DBS (Or willingness to apply)
• Term Time only

Key Responsibilities as a Student Support Assistant:

• Provide tailored support to students across various ability levels.
• Offer 1:1 or small group assistance to facilitate student progress as a Student Support Assistant.
• Foster positive classroom dynamics and support behaviour management
• Supervise and engage with students during classroom activities
• Assist in the delivery of lesson plans and help implement educational activities.
