Are you a highly organised, proactive individual with a passion for the creative industries? We’re working with a dynamic and fast-paced creative studio that’s looking for a talented Studio Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

• Acting as the central point of contact for studio operations
• Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
• Supporting senior leadership and creative teams with administrative tasks
• Ensuring the studio environment is welcoming, well-maintained, and running smoothly
• Handling invoices, expenses, and general office management duties
• Liaising with clients and external partners with professionalism and warmth

• Proven experience in office administration, studio coordination
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Shopify, CRM platforms, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• A genuine interest in music, design, or the creative arts
