Randstad Student Support is actively seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Specialist Study Skills Tutor (ASC) to provide individualized academic support to autistic university students. This crucial role equips neurodiverse learners with tailored strategies for academic success. We are seeking qualified candidates immediately; this is a high-priority position.

• Undergraduate degree (minimum Level 6)

• Teaching qualification

• Extensive autism training (NAS modules or Optimum Training)

• Develop individualized learning plans
• Foster student independence and learning strategies
• Support students in organization, time management, and research skills
• Address student concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain confidentiality
