Sub agent

• Manage site operations for tunnelling and RC structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and the wider project team to ensure seamless project execution.

• Monitor progress against the project schedule and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

• Oversee quality control for all RC works, ensuring high standards of workmanship and adherence to design specifications.

• Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Engage with subcontractors and suppliers, managing their performance and ensuring their work aligns with project goals.

• Contribute to project planning, risk assessments, and method statements.

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent or similar role on large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Essential: Significant, hands-on experience with reinforced concrete structures, including formwork, rebar installation, and concrete pouring.

• A relevant degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• A commitment to health and safety best practices.
