SuccessFactors Architect - 12 months - Outside IR35

I'm currently recruiting for a SuccessFactors Architect to join a consultancy in central London for the next 12 months, outside IR35 and 2-3 days a week required in office.

The role is consulting with an end user who are at the real beginnings of a SuccessFactors implementation. The role will be gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, leading configurations, and ensuring best practices.

• Design and architect SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements.

• Lead system configurations, integrations, and customisations.

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues.

• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and integration.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
