Based: Preston – if local 1 day per week onsite, if not 1 day per month
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £16.19 per hour PAYE or £21.05 Umbrella inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Data Analyst to join a dynamic HR Reporting & Analytics team at BAE System

The Job:

• Design, create, and maintain complex reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools to support HR reporting requirements.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to derive insights that align with HR and business objectives.
• Investigate and resolve reporting issues or queries using the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate report delivery.
• Generate one-off reports through advanced data manipulation techniques as needed.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to streamline reporting processes and introduce automation where possible

Experience

• Proven experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools such as Canvas, Table, and Story Reporting.
• Strong data analysis skills with knowledge of database relationship tables.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualisation).
• Experience in People Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when handling complex datasets
