We’re currently recruiting reliable, hard-working Summer Cleaning Staff to support our Facilities & Accommodation Services team during the university’s summer break. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking temporary work, whether you're a student, a seasonal worker, or simply looking for a summer job with daytime hours.

?? What You'll Be Doing

As part of the cleaning team, you’ll play a key role in preparing university buildings and student accommodations for summer visitors, events, and the upcoming academic year. Duties will vary day-to-day, and you'll be working in a mix of residential halls, classrooms, offices, and communal areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
• Emptying bins, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
• Deep cleaning areas as required between student departures
• Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Working to cleaning schedules and checklists provided by supervisors

? What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. No formal experience is required, but a good attitude and strong work ethic are essential. Full training, uniforms, and equipment will be provided.
