Summer Job Opportunity - Temporary Ticket Administrator / Marshall

Inflatable Fun at Central Park is coming to Plymouth this Summer and we are on the search for Temporary Ticket Administrators and Marshalls to welcome our customers and supervise the event area whilst it is being used.

Hourly pay is £12.21 and this is paid weekly. Successful candidates must be over the age of 18 and must be able to commit to working between 20th June & 5th August. Shifts include weekends and are 10am - 6pm.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Marshalling: Supervise various event areas to ensure smooth operations and uphold safety standards.
• Ticket Office Duties: Handle ticket sales efficiently, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information to attendees.
• Customer Service: Offer assistance to guests with any questions or concerns, ensuring a positive and memorable event experience.
• Physical Activities: Actively participate in event activities, such as managing inflatables and climbing slides, to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with attendees and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit to engage in activities including inflatables and slides.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
• Must be available for the entire duration of the event from 20th June to 5th August.
