Site Supervisor - Highways Construction

a leading civil engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a major highway construction project. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a project that will enhance the region's transportation network and contribute to its economic development.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction activities on the highway project.
• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity, adhering to project specifications, drawings, and all relevant regulations.
• Oversee a variety of construction tasks, including earthworks, drainage, surfacing, and utility installation.
• Coordinate with project management, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
• Champion safety on the project, actively promoting a culture of awareness and ensuring the highest safety standards are consistently met.
• Contribute to the successful completion of the project, meeting deadlines and achieving the highest quality standards.

What We Need:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on earthworks highway projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing a team and collaborating with stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to achieving project goals on time and within budget.
• A strong commitment to safety, with a proven ability to implement and uphold the highest safety standards.
