We're Hiring: Handyperson Supervisor (Interim)

?? Hours: Full Time - 35 hours/week

Are you a hands-on professional with leadership experience and a passion for delivering excellent service? We're looking for a Handyperson Supervisor to lead a field-based team maintaining high-quality living environments across our supported living schemes in London.

• Supervising and supporting a team of handypersons across various sites

• Ensuring repairs and decorative work are completed to a high standard

• Liaising with residents and internal teams to promote smooth service delivery

• Promoting a safe, responsive and resident-focused maintenance culture

• Supporting vulnerable residents with day-to-day repairs and upkeep

• Proven experience in communal internal/external repairs

• Multi-trade skills and ability to coach and guide others

• A proactive, organised approach with strong communication skills

• IT literacy - comfortable using systems to report and monitor work

• Full UK manual driving licence - company vehicle provided

• Willingness to apply for an Enhanced DBS
