Supply Chain Administrator Temporary Full Time Start ASAP

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing/Supply Chain Administrator to join our clients team in Dartford. This is a temporary position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to make an impact!

• Role: Supply Chain Administrator
• Term: Temporary
• Pay: £15.00 per hour
• Location: Dartford (free parking on-site, 10 min walk from station)

Duties:

• Ensure accuracy by uploading packing lists into stock management spreadsheets
• Prepare packing lists and save them on a shared drive with a high level of detail-precision is key!
• Liaise with logistics service provider to book collections
• Plan and chase deliveries
• Keep all stakeholders updated on delivery times and dates

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with stock management spreadsheets and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills to keep our team informed and coordinated.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
