We're a leading manufacturer in the food sector, supplying high-quality sauces, dressings, and condiments to major retailers and foodservice brands. We're on the lookout for a Materials Planning Coordinator to ensure our raw materials are always where they need to be-on time, every time.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and order raw materials to meet production schedules
• Control deliveries into site and manage warehouse stock
• Respond to demand changes, working closely with Production Planning
• Resolve supply issues and build great supplier relationships
• Track deliveries, returns, and outstanding orders
• Flag potential stockouts and produce weekly reports
• Keep systems and data accurate and up to date

What You'll Bring:

• Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills
• Strong Excel skills (advanced is a bonus)
• Knowledge of MRP and production environments
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
