Supply Chain Coordinator (12-15 Month Maternity Cover)

We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a supportive and collaborative team on a 12-15 month maternity contract. This role is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your skills will have a real impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing the full supply chain process - from purchase orders to on-time deliveries

• Coordinating transport between suppliers, warehouses, and customers

• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate records

• Consolidating orders to drive efficiency and reduce carbon footprint

• Building strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners

• Tracking performance against KPIs and taking action where needed

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in supply chain or logistics coordination

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Confident using ERP systems (ideally Dynamics F&O), Excel, and other reporting tools

• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
