Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborating effectively with experienced teaching staff and support staff.
• Communicating clearly and regularly with parents and carers.
• Adhering to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding guidelines.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting pupils' learning.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting (even as a volunteer or placement).
• Strong understanding of the UK Primary Curriculum.
• Knowledge of specific educational programs or initiatives used in primary schools (e.g., phonics schemes).
