Equitas is looking for dynamic and passionate Supply Secondary Teachers to join our network in Bristol. If you’re a skilled teacher eager for flexible teaching opportunities, we have a variety of assignments available, both full-time and part-time, with immediate starts at several schools in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage students by encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills, sparking their creativity and curiosity
• Create a positive learning atmosphere that supports students' confidence and self-esteem
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet each student’s needs and ensure a cohesive learning experience
• Keep parents informed.
• Gain insight into and respect for the diverse cultural backgrounds of students to enhance their learning experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for teaching and making a difference across various subjects (English, History, Science, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students, staff, and parents
• The ability to work flexibly and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt to various learning situations
