The Role:

Working as an SEN TA is a crucial role where you will be making a real difference. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of needs (e.g., SEMH, Autism, learning difficulties).
• Assisting the class teacher to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Building positive and trusting relationships with students.
• Helping to manage student behaviour and emotional well-being.

What You Will Need:

• Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs is essential.
• A calm, patient, and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for a new one.
