Supply Teacher KS2

At Randstad, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 teacher who is committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment. You will be working with our best schools from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 Am till 3:30 PM in the Leeds area.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2.
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to support different learning needs, including SEN students.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to work in the UK without any restrictions (NO SPONSORSHIP)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom where all students can thrive.
• Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance student learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupils' progress and well-being.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including technology, to enhance learning experiences.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
