Supply Teacher - Secondary

We are currently seeking dedicated and flexible Supply Teachers for positions in the Hailsham and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for those who are available to work a minimum of 2 days per week, with the potential to work up to 5 days. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time commitments are available, with the possibility of long-term or permanent placements.

• Be ready for early morning calls at 7am to prepare for daily assignments.
• Teach in various schools across East Sussex.
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum standards.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Provide feedback on student progress and participate in school meetings as required.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about professional development and education.
