• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support where needed
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages confidence and independence
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil learning
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a structured classroom
• Prepare students for assessments while promoting a love for learning

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching KS2 (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
