Support Worker

We're looking for a Support Worker to join our Rough Sleeping Hub team. It's a safe, welcoming space for people who are homeless or at risk, where they can get hot food, take a shower, and get support with the things that really matter - like housing, health, benefits and simply being heard.

• Helping people feel welcome and supported

• Giving practical help with benefits, GP sign-ups, housing routes, etc.

• Keeping the space safe, friendly, and running smoothly

• Working closely with partner services like healthcare and mental health teams

• Building trust and positive relationships with people facing tough times

• Friendly, approachable and emotionally resilient

• Great at listening and staying calm in tricky situations

• Able to work well in a team, but confident on your own too

• Comfortable using basic IT and keeping notes

• Flexible with shifts - including some weekends and early starts

Hourly rate: £13.33 PAYE or £16.36 Umbrella
