We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working full-time with young adults. This role is based in the scenic area of Kirby Lonsdale and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals, helping them to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

• Provide support and care to young adults, helping them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication management.
• Support the emotional and physical well-being of clients, encouraging social interaction and participation in community activities.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, acting as a mentor and role model.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and participate in team meetings to discuss progress and updates.

• Experience in a support worker role or similar, preferably with young adults.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check will be required.
