Support Worker – Supported Living (Learning Disability & Autism Division) ? Twickenham | Flexible Hours | Car Driver Desirable
? Rates from £13.69/hr PAYE (inclusive)

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our Supported Living & Autism Division, providing vital care for individuals living with severe learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support people in achieving independence, dignity, and quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.

? What You’ll Need:
  • 12 months+ experience with Learning Disabilities and/or Complex Needs

  • Confidence in supporting individuals with autism and challenging behaviours

  • Car driver – desirable for travel flexibility

  • A caring, patient, and resilient approach
