You will be a vital part of a dedicated team, supporting individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling lives. You'll provide personalized care, assisting with daily tasks, fostering independence, and promoting engagement within their community. You'll also play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment.

• Assist with meal preparation and personal care.
• Support with household tasks and medication administration.
• Facilitate community engagement and social interaction.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Provide emotional support and implement active support techniques.
• Assist with financial management and shopping.

• Min 6 months experience in caregiving or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to person-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to drive.
• Enhanced DBS check and Right to Work ID.
• Ability to work nights.
• Passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Willingness to undertake further training.
• Trainings Certificate- Mandatory & PMVA BILD certified
