Supported Pathway Officer

There are 5 positions based across 4 hostels with shift pattern 08:00 -16:00pm (early shift) 12:00-20:00pm (late shift). The work pattern is Monday -Friday and shifts are on a rota basis and there is no working from home options. These are temporary positions to cover gaps in the service. Requirements - candidates put forward for the role must have DBS (prior to the interview to be able to start immediately if successful) must have hostel experience, must have experience of working with people who have complex needs (substance misusers, mental health, domestic violence) must be able to complete both shift patterns To provide assertive client centred key-working, risk assessment and support planning to a caseload of approximately 10 clients aimed at supporting them to maintain their current accommodation and link into services and meaningful activities which help them to improve their physical and mental wellbeing well-being and life skills
