Hourly Rate : £20.99 - £26.65 

Job Description:

Candidates will be responsible for carrying out responsive property inspections in customers' homes across Somerset. This role involves working independently with our automated scheduling system and managing a varied, large, and challenging workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct responsive property inspections.
• Complete response repair surveys, mutual exchanges, minor works surveys.
• Investigate issues related to damp, condensation, and mould.
• Oversee minor works, refurbishment projects, and general surveying tasks.
• Collaborate with maintenance colleagues to schedule repairs.
• Maintain a high focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Access to a vehicle.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
