This organisation has over 400 properties across Manchester, ranging from modern residential properties to historical and some derelict properties.

Your new role
If you are looking for a unique opportunity where you will have a variety of residential properties to look after and complexity, then this is something for you. On a daily basis you will have a chance to advise on maintenance, continued investment, sell off, minor improvements and emergency repairs. You will also make sure that all the statutory compliance is met for the properties.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experience planned and reactive maintenance building surveyor with excellent knowledge of building defects, specifically with heritage and listed buildings. You will have previous experience managing a property portfolio and have delivered building surveys.

What you'll get in return
This is a fixed-term 12-month contract offering a secure workload, varied and challenging. It is accompanied by a competitive salary of £36,750 and a 35-hour week.
