We’re on the hunt for an IFS Systems Administrator who’s not just technically sharp, but thrives on collaboration, innovation, and making systems work smarter for people.

? What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and optimise the IFS ERP environment (Apps 8 & IFS Cloud), from core applications to middleware and infrastructure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Asset & Service Management—to streamline processes and unlock value.
• Lead upgrades, module rollouts, and integration projects with internal teams and external vendors.
• Troubleshoot, tune, and enhance system performance to keep everything running like clockwork.
• Customise IFS with new menus, fields, lobbies, and events to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security profiles with precision.
• Support data migration, reporting, and analytics using SQL, Power BI, and IFS tools.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, data protection, and audit standards.

?? What You Bring

Essential:

• Proven experience administering IFS Applications (Apps 8 and/or IFS Cloud).
• Deep understanding of IFS architecture, modules, and configuration.
• Skilled in Oracle/SQL, report development (Excel, Power BI, Quick Reports), and system upgrades.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Strong grasp of Finance, HR, Asset/Service Order Management, and Supply Chain modules.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum and ITIL best practices.

Desirable:

• IFS Certified System Administrator or equivalent.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
