What You Will Do:

- Oversee the maturation and delivery of customer features into current and future vehicle programmes, ensuring they meet sign-off standards in line with programme gateways.

- Coordinate cross-functional delivery steps, enabling the integration of features into vehicles and test assets.

- Utilise Agile methodology to ensure timely implementation of features and systems, resolving roadblocks and cross-functional challenges.

- Maintain the Mainline Integration Plan (MIP) in the JIRA toolset, producing consolidated weekly integration reports for stakeholders.

- Manage the bring-up of features and systems on test assets and support integrated software delivery to vehicle programmes.

- Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex integration challenges, ensuring smooth delivery of technical and timing objectives.

What You Will Bring:

- A thorough understanding of the Systems Design Life Cycle, including system definition, architecture development, and integration.

- Proven experience in delivering complex mechatronic systems at a whole vehicle integration level.

- Strong technical project management skills and the ability to influence delivery teams across functions.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as CANalyser, Wireshark, and diagnostic tools.

- Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, and the integration of electrical, electromechanical, or software systems.
