System Support - SAP Unit 4 Specialist

We're working with a growing business looking to strengthen their internal support function with a system support specialist who has experience using SAP Unit 4.
This is a hands-on support role focused on ERP systems - ideal for someone who enjoys solving user issues, improving internal processes, and acting as a key contact between IT, finance, and wider teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st & 2nd line support for SAP Unit 4
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate where necessary
Work closely with finance and systems teams to optimise usage
Maintain user access and configuration settings
Support ongoing system improvements and updates

Requirements:
Proven experience with SAP Unit 4 (or a similar ERP system)
Previous experience in a systems support, helpdesk, or ERP admin role
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
