We’re looking for a Financial Systems Accountant to support and enhance the financial systems, helping internal teams and shared service customers work smarter and more efficiently.

In this dynamic role, you’ll:

• Maintain and support financial systems such as Integra and ExpenseMe Pro
• Lead the development of financial reporting using Crystal Reports, XQuery, and Excel
• Troubleshoot issues by interrogating databases (MS SQL)
• Coordinate disaster recovery tests and maintain documentation
• Drive system improvements and contribute to IT-related projects
• Collaborate with software suppliers to implement updates and resolve issues
• Provide data and analysis for audits and ad-hoc requests

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting financial systems and producing performance reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• A customer-focused approach and team spirit
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and a good grasp of financial/IT terminology
