Job Title - Associate Director of Systems Assurane PMO
Location: South London
Rates: £48 - £50 per hour | Contract: Full-time - 6 month contract

An NHS Trust in South London is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Systems Assurance PMO to lead on the assurance and delivery of our efficiency and transformation programmes.

This senior leadership role works closely with the Director of Transformation, executive team, and clinical and operational leaders to ensure transformational projects are effectively implemented, performance-managed, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the assurance of all transformation and efficiency initiatives

• Promote and embed programme management best practice

• Track project performance, manage risks, and ensure accountability

• Drive engagement with staff, partners, and external stakeholders

• Provide clear and honest progress reports at senior forums

• Work across organisational boundaries to ensure system-wide delivery

We're looking for an influential leader with experience in managing complex programmes and delivering measurable change within the NHS or similar public sector environments.
