SEN Teaching Assistant

This school caters for primary aged learners with severe and complex needs, and profound and multiple learning disabilities. Some of the learners will also have Autism and ADHD, so the ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working with a similar cohort.

The school invests heavily in continuing professional development for all staff and training will be given to ensure that standards remain high across:

• Moving and Handling
• Personal Care
• Teaching and Learning

Prior knowledge of these areas is highly desirable, but not essential and applicants with a genuine interest or personal experience are also encouraged to apply.
