Job Description - Talent Acquisition Advisor

We are working with a well-established and people-focused organisation based in south Cambridge that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment processes and thrives on partnering with hiring managers to find the best talent.

Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location - Cambridge (Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days remote)
Salary - £30,000 – £35,000
The role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

Running recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval to offer stage
Supporting hiring managers with planning, advertising, interviews, and offers
Using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to source top talent directly
Acting as a true recruitment partner across the organisation
Ensuring every candidate has a smooth and professional experience
Championing diversity and inclusive hiring
Reporting on key recruitment metrics
Constantly looking for ways to streamline and improve the recruitment process

About you

Proven internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Methodical and process driven approach
Confident communicator who can advise and influence hiring managers
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple vacancies across varied functions
Passionate about delivering inclusive and engaging recruitment experiences
