Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary - 3 to 6 Months)
Location: Croydon (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a high-volume recruitment drive across operational and customer-facing roles. This is a key temporary role within a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment, ideal for someone who thrives in mass recruitment and enjoys building strong internal relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a large volume of vacancies, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal talent pools.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting via the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support recruitment campaigns and events to attract diverse and skilled talent.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in high-volume or mass recruitment
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
