Talent Acquisition Coordinator

• Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator
• Rate: £16ph
• Immediate start through to 31st August 2025
• 5 days on site working with some flexibility
• Based: Hertford, East Herts

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about people? We’re looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator to join a busy and friendly Talent team on a short-term basis, supporting recruitment activity during a peak period. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in recruitment while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Role overview:

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer stage
• Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Screen CVs and assist in candidate shortlisting
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes including compliance and right-to-work checks
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports
• Provide exceptional candidate care and communication
• Assist with any general recruitment admin and ad-hoc HR tasks

Key Background:

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative coordination
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with systems, emails, and spreadsheets
• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work at pace
• Immediate availability and ability to work full-time on-site in East Herts

This is a full-time office-based role (Monday to Friday), with some flexibility considered for the right candidate.

Start date: ASAP End date: 31st August (with potential for extension)
