Salary: £17.95 - £20.80 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your mission will include:

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Owning the recruitment process from start to finish
• Sourcing candidates proactively to build diverse talent pipelines
• Ensuring a stellar candidate experience throughout the process

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably for warehouse or blue-collar roles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with various search and sourcing techniques
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
• Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively ?

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Experience in fast-paced, international environments
• Knowledge of talent acquisition best practises
• Passion for sustainable transportation and micromobility
