Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our recruitment efforts! Your key responsibilities will include:

• Selecting recruitment sources and techniques to meet staffing needs.
• Developing networks and talent pipelines through various channels.
• Crafting engaging job advertisements and recruitment materials.
• Conducting interviews and hiring top-tier candidates.
• Supporting hiring managers in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinating interview schedules and formulating relevant questions.
• Providing feedback to candidates and extending job offers.
• Conducting employer branding activities online and via social media.
• Supporting regional/global Talent Acquisition projects.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Minimum of 3 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Proven ability in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions, including managerial roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for recruitment!
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and social media networks.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Experience recruiting in Europe & Africa.
• Innovative and creative approach to passive recruitment methods.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
