We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a team on a fixed-term contract basis in Sussex. This role is perfect for a proactive HR professional who is skilled in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organisational needs.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast and plan for key staffing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record in filling a variety of roles.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Proficient in using HR software and recruiting applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
