We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources team in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. This temporary role is based in Northwich and focuses on identifying top talent to meet business needs effectively.

Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
  • Source potential candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Screen applicants to assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of recruitment activities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Northwich.

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance standards.
  • English proficiency (French, German or other European languages as a plus.)
  • Two stage interview process.

Job Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay rate ranging from £16.00 to £20.00.
  • 6-month temporary contract.
