Talent And Recruitment Business Partner

My client in Staffordshire are looking to appoint a talented Talent & Recruitment BP

on a Contract basis.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary agency staff within a local government environment.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £350 per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Staffordshire (Hybrid):

• Sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified agency workers in response to fluctuating staffing demands
• Ensure agency recruitment is compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with workforce planning goals
• Strong focus placed on reducing off-contract spend, enhancing compliance with agency worker regulations, IR35 legislation, and other employment conditions
• Advise on and implement best practices around temporary staffing and monitor market trends

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Strong Knowledge of Temporary Staffing and Agency Worker Regulations
• Ability to build effective partnerships and manage SLAs and KPIs
• Local Authority experience is essential
