? What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles-from first brief to final offer. Your mission? To find the best people, in the smartest ways possible.

• ?? Craft compelling, inclusive job adverts that attract top talent
• ?? Define and deliver sourcing strategies using a mix of channels (active, passive, direct)
• ?? Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and offer expert guidance
• ? Use LinkedIn Recruiter and your network to uncover hidden talent
• ?? Lead interviews and manage the candidate journey with confidence and care
• ?? Share market insights and influence hiring strategies
• ?? Support wider HR and talent projects that make a real impact

?? What We're Looking For

You're a recruitment pro who knows how to find the unfindable. You're confident, collaborative, and ready to make a difference.

·? Proven experience in recruitment-agency, in-house, or RPO

·? Strong background in technical or engineering hiring

·? Skilled in sourcing hard-to-find talent using creative methods

·? Confident communicator and trusted business partner

·? Knowledge of the labour market and how to navigate its challenges
