Talent Coordinator

We are working alongside a unique organisation to support with the recruitment of a Talen Coordinator on a 6M Day rate contract, paying £180 per day inside IR35.
You must have experience in both Agency & In-house recruitment to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities for the Talent Coordinator:
- Supporting 2 TA's and the Head of Talent
- Sifting through CVs on the ATS system, making note and tagging candidates.
- Arranging initial screening calls between TA's & candidates.
- Full interview management, including complex diary management for multiple stakeholders
- Accurately moving candidates through the ATS

Key Skills for the Talent Coordinator:
- Both in-house & Agency/RPO experience is essential
- Experience managing and keeping ATS systems up to date (ideally smart recruiters but not essential)
- Experience recruiting into IT/Tech sector or professional services
