The Company:
Our client is an innovative Tech firm located in the heart of Central London! They are seeking a highly proactive and dynamic Talent Partner to support our team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for an extension. The Role:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Schedule interviews, facilitate feedback sessions, and coordinate next steps with hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate candidate records.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding preparation as needed.

The Person:
To apply for this role, you must have strong Talent Partner experience that has been gained within professional services. You’ll need to work to a high professional level and learn and understand the business values and structures. The below skills are also required:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or within an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Experience recruiting within [relevant industry, e.g., technology, SaaS]
