Job Description - Talent Partner

Meraki is partnering with an Insurance Firm, looking for a Talent Partner to join the business on a 12month fixed term contract. You will have experience working in the Insurance sector and managed end to end recruitment cycle.

Talent Partner Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment cycle management, from identify business needs to offer stage.
Working alongside line managers to identify needs and creating job specs.
Posting job adverts, managing all responses.
Actively sourcing candidates, conducing screening interviews and selection process to put forward to hiring managers.
Creating a talent pools, using multiple mediums, including LinkedIn Recruitment, job boards, specific hiring programmes such as graduates and using recruitment agencies.
Building relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities and training providers.
Fully management of candidates assessment and interview stages.
Working with HR and Talent team to ensuring all candidates have a excellent candidate journey throughout every point of interaction and inline with companies’ values.

Personal Specification:

Experienced recruiting within the Insurance sector is preferred, open to Financial Services.
At least four years working in a RPO or inhouse recruiter roles.
Skilful in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards and ATS systems.
Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally.
