Tax Manager 3 Month Contract

Job: Tax Manager (3 month contract)

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Salary: £450-£650 (highly dependent on experience)

Length of contract: 3 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Tax Manager to join a dynamic team in Watford. This will be a temporary contract lasting minimum 3 months.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the preparation of VAT returns for the company
• Responsible for the calculation of Corporation Tax payments and all related processes including deferred tax accounts provision
• Responsible for Corporation Tax computations and return preparations
• Collaborating with the Group Tax Team and other key stakeholders
• Maintenance and continuous improvements of the tax Controls Framework

The ideal candidate:

• ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified
• Strong knowledge of VAT, including MTD, with partial exemption experience
• At least 5 years' Corporation Tax experience
• Excellent communicator who is results driven and ambitious

The client is offering hybrid work (3 days in office) and £450-£650 (depending on experience).
