Job Title: Year 5 Teacher (Long-Term)

Location: Risca
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term

Pay: £166.32 - £240 per day (depending on teacher pay-scale)

Academics are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 5 teacher to join an excellent local primary school in Risca on a long-term basis starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Year 5 students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and the school community to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 5.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
• Enhanced DBS check
