Are you a passionate and skilled Computer Science Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of digital innovators? Hays Education is working in partnership with a high-achieving secondary school based in the Wirral to recruit a dedicated Teacher of Computer Science for a September start. We also have similar opportunities across Liverpool.

Your new company
Based in the Wirral this school is easily reached by both public transport and car from Liverpool and surrounding areas. This is a popular community school offering teaching opportunities from KS3 up to KS5.

Your new role
As a Computer Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, with a particular focus on programming at KS5. You will play a key role in preparing students for further education and careers in the tech industry, using your subject expertise to bring coding and computational thinking to life.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Computer Science at KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Strong knowledge of programming languages
• A passion for digital education and student achievement
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
