Secondary Teacher of Design Technology - Ramsgate

Academics are currently assisting a school in Ramsgate in their search to appoint a suitably qualified Teacher of Design and Technology.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Design Technology or a related field
• Experience teaching design technology at the secondary level
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching a range of design technology subjects, including but not limited to: product design, graphic design and food technology
• Developing and delivering effective lesson plans that engage students and meet curriculum standards
• Managing and grading student work, providing meaningful feedback, and communicating with parents as needed
• Contributing to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events
