We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher of DT to join our thriving secondary school located in the heart of Brentwood. • Position: Full-time

• Pay Scale: In line with the Fringe Teachers' Pay Scale

As a Teacher of DT, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5. You will play a key role in promoting creativity, problem-solving and technical skills in our students, ensuring they achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality DT lessons that cater to a range of abilities

• Contribute to the development of an innovative DT curriculum

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback

• Engage in departmental activities and whole school initiatives

• Support and inspire students with a passion for design and innovation

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be an excellent Teacher of DT with a record of success at secondary level

• Have the ability to teach across KS3 to KS5

• Possess strong classroom management skills

• Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to the subject

• Be a team player with excellent communication skills
