Teacher of English

Are you a passionate and skilled English teacher seeking a rewarding opportunity in Lincolnshire? Reed Education is working with a number of well-regarded secondary schools across the county to appoint Teachers of English for the new academic year starting September 2025.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Monitoring and assessing student progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting the wider school community and contributing to extracurricular activities

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in English or a related subject
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
